Purpose:
The Contract Coordinator is responsible for coordinating contracts to ensure compliance with organizational policies, legal standards, and stakeholder expectations. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external parties to support the successful execution of contracts.
Additionally, this position involves after-hours on-call emergency phone coverage to ensure seamless service and responsiveness.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain working knowledge of contractual requirements such as service expectations, reporting and communication protocols.
- Act as point of contact for contract-related inquiries and issues.
- Generate regular reports on contract statuses, key dates and compliance metrics.
- Maintain an organized database of active and archived contracts for easy retrieval and auditing.
- Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate contractual requirements, transitions, and implementation.
- Liaise with external vendors, clients, and partners to ensure mutual understanding of contract terms.
- Monitor contract timelines and deliverables.
- Participate in medical device recalls and customer notifications.
- Acknowledge and escalate service concerns to the Account Managers.
- Participate in after hours On-Call emergency phone coverage
