QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Mathematics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, ADP) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Bilingualism (French / English) - Need to interact on a regular basis with colleagues across the country.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

Position Overview: The HR Data Coordinator will play a critical role in maintaining and managing employee data within our HR systems. This position requires a high level of accuracy, confidentiality, and proficiency with HR software and data management tools. The ideal candidate will have a background in HR operations and HR reporting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain and update reporting in the HR information system (HRIS) with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Ensure data integrity and confidentiality of all employee information.
  • Generate and distribute regular HR reports, including headcount, turnover, and other key metrics.
  • Assist in the administration of HR processes, such as onboarding, offboarding, and benefits enrollment.
  • Collaborate with HR team members to improve data management processes and streamline workflows.
  • Provide support for HR audits and compliance reporting.
  • Respond to data requests from internal and external stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Assist with other HR projects and initiatives as needed.
