EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:

  • Master’s degree in business administration, project management, or equivalent.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative assistance to the innovation team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
  • Maintain organized documentation of innovation projects, ensuring easy retrieval and accessibility.
  • Facilitating & re-route the ideas to the concern department panel.
  • Maintain databases of ideas, projects, and key stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain documentation related to innovation processes.
  • Prepare reports on the progress of innovation projects, summarizing key metrics and milestones
  • Monitoring & tracking the submitted innovative ideas
  • Assist employees in navigating the submission process and provide guidance on documentation
