In this role the expected qualifications are:

  • Previous Event Management, Project Management or learning experience would be an asset.
  • Ability to multitask, managing priorities and concurrent events, meeting strict deadlines in a busy and ever-changing environment.
  • Experienced working with professionals of all levels in a fast-paced environment
  • Post-secondary degree/diploma
  • Exceptional organization, time management and strong attention to detail
  • Advanced MS Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Excellent people and communication (verbal and written) skills, with a proactive attitude.
  • Flexibility to work overtime, be on-site for event execution and travel as needed.
  • Bilingualism in English and French
  • Due to the nature of the role having interactions with National & Global clients, bilingualism in French and English is required for this position
