Compensation: $2,750,000.00 - $3,575,000.00 COP (Monthly before taxes)

Responsibilities:

ASSISTANCE, ADMINISTRATIVE, DATA ENTRY AND OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Enter, manage, and track critical data.
  • Understand various client and partner agreements thoroughly.
  • Create deal records for retroactive client agreements.
  • Retrieve contract files and summarize details for audits and support.
  • Enhance legal filing systems and procedures.
  • Use Google Drive, Jotform, Dropbox, HubSpot, and other tools for contract management.
  • Support ongoing contract management initiatives and implement new tools.
  • Collaborate with the B&L Affairs team for administrative tasks.
  • Review and audit contracts for accuracy and support the Legal Administrator.
  • Assist with the review, administration, and maintenance of Client, Partner, and Service Agreements.
