Description:
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum 3 years of progressive role in inventory management, sales, or related logistics field.
REQUIRED EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION/LICENSURE:
- Minimum undergraduate degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or high school diploma with 7+ years of experience in related fields.
SPECIALIZED SKILLS:
- Highly organized and structured.
- Effective communicator able to adjust to the situation and audience.
- Team player with positive attitude willing to take on additional responsibilities to complete the task.
- Ability to influence without holding a leadership role.
- Ability to drive change while following guidance/direction.
- Hands-on collaborator, who can act independently.
- A strong collaborator across the business, Supply Chain, and other support Functions.

- SAP, Excel, Microsoft Office experience a plus.
Responsibilities:
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Acts as a liaison between Operations, Logistics, the Lab and Engineering for accurate inventory reporting both in the field and in SAP.
- Maintains packaging logs for 6+ products at MP Materials.
- Finished product inventory cycle counts.
- Ensures packaging logs are accurately filled out by Operations and turned in, verifying that ERP System (SAP) quantity matches.
- Ensures SAP product quantities match production order counts.
- Identifies lots within SAP that are still unrestricted and tracks down any discrepancies/missing samples between Operations and the Lab.
- Reports inventory availability/lists of available lots to Logistics Coordinators for outbound shipments.
- Liaison between Accounting and Logistics for any month end close discrepancies.
- Counts/monitors pallets used in product shipments for month end inventory reconciliation and adjustments.
- Runs the month end reports for all products and produces final inventory roll-forward to the Accounting department.
- Communicates with external parties involved in month end closing for accuracy of quantities.
- Creates Purchase Requisitions in ERP Systems (SAP) for any requirements for Logistics team.
- Enters in goods receipts and goods issues in SAP for the finished product transactions with customers.
- Acts as a backup to Logistics Coordinators for inbound or outbound shipments
