Description:
SUMMARY
Our Coordinator of Merchandise Operations is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operations of the warehouse which are critical for retail execution in our stores and various locations.
This role will encompass several warehouse activities including but not exclusive to inventory management of our warehouse, online store, Surrey store, trailer and special events and stadium inventories. This individual plays a critical role on the online store and in-venue by assuming primary responsibility for customer service standards, sales goals, operational standards, associate development, and the overall profitability of the team.
The role will encompass several warehouse activities including but not exclusive to; receiving, inputting, sorting, loading, and unloading products as well as various other projects and tasks as needed. This individual plays a critical role in warehouse logistics, shipping and receiving of products, operational standards, associate development, and the overall profitability of the department.
REQUIREMENTS
- Must have experience using a POS and Inventory System (Shopify preferred)
- Must have valid Drivers License
- Retail clothing experience an asset
- Preferred ownership of a vehicle (drop-off of merchandise to various locations)

- Must understand how inventory works and maintain extreme accuracy of what is coming in/out of the warehouse

- Willing to learn and works with a sense of urgency and willingness to ensure work is complete and accurate
- Able to work long hours sometimes evenings/weekends and holidays

Responsibilities:
- Point person for product arriving to warehouse for counting, inventory and tagging process
- Counting, labeling and placing items on designated racks, shelves or in bins in an organized manner
- Fulfillment of online, in store, in stadium special events requests and internal orders
- Answers and manages all customer questions, requests, exchanges and refunds
- Processing products pull lists and requests to replenish stock
- Working with Marketing and Community to ensure in venue store is well stocked
- Helps in the planning of special events and marketing initiatives where retail is required
- Cycle counting, preparation and assisting with physical inventory
- Accurately and efficiently checking in and tagging merchandise
- Assist in event preparation and selling of product
- Maintain protection of company property and assets
- Other duties as directed or assigned by management
