Responsibilities:

YOUR ROLE

As the Operations Coordinator - Onboarding, you are our process machine! You love creating order from chaos, and actively look for opportunities to improve processes and create structure.
Working within the Onboarding Team, the Operations Coordinator plays a key role in helping to maintain our wholesale customers’ requirements. The Operations Coordinator oversees new customer onboardings through customer setup in the system, developing documentation and coordinating with respective teams. The coordinator also helps maintain key operations after onboarding such as customer VAS requirements, reviewing updates, and maintaining key aspects in SAP.
The Operations Coordinator works closely with DC Operations, Account Management/Sales, Demand Management, Master Data, EDI Team and Transportation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Open defects to create new customers in SAP and coordinate the set-up process.
  • Follow up with key stakeholders from various teams regarding customer onboarding topics.
  • Document key decisions that were made during the onboarding process.
  • Follow up with wholesale customers, when needed, to ensure processes are clear and well understood.
  • Accountable to maintain SAP so that ticket types and VAS requirements are embedded in the system. This requires running reports in SAP to ensure everything is properly maintained and validated.
  • Ensure vendor portal system is up to date for certain customer requirements.
  • Issue follow-ups and troubleshooting.
  • Contribute to identify and implement end-to-end or small process to improve standardization and efficiency
  • Investigate customer chargebacks to ensure a solution is found and issue is not repeated.
  • Coordinate across departments to identify key stakeholders needs and ensure their needs are met via identified initiatives.
