THE ROLE

In this vital position, you’ll play a key role in boosting team efficiency by managing impactful projects, overseeing essential programs and grants, and supporting every stage of the employee experience. You’ll also assist with recruitment efforts, address HR inquiries, and maintain detailed employee records, all while contributing to a vibrant and organized work environment. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
In addition to sharing your ideas on how we can grow, learn, and build, in this role you will also be:
People and Culture
- Maintains documents and employee files
- Maintains HR inbox & HR Jira tickets
- Administrative duties for the Canada Summer Jobs grant program
- Assists with the hiring administrative process (job postings, scheduling interviews, issuing contracts, and onboarding documentation)
- Assists with onboarding and offboarding employees
- Assists with policy & compliance research/updates as needed
- Health & Safety incident tacking and claim submission support where necessary
- Committee administrative duties as required
- Other assigned People & Culture projects and administrative duties
