Description:
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- Regulated Health Professional with current registration with an Ontario College
- Recent experience (minimum 3 years) in healthcare setting (long-term care preferred)
- Experience in the use of CCRS RAI or similar tools would be an asset
SKILLS/ABILITIES:
- Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel) and email
- Demonstrated comfort working in a computerized environment with an interest in the use of technology in the documentation of resident care
- Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills. Able to present information clearly and effectively
- Self-directed, with an ability to work as part of a team
- Well organized with excellent time management skills
- Clear aptitude for detail-oriented work
