ISR Requirements:
- Reads and complies with the ISR policies of the Company and diligently reports any weakness or incidents to the respective Line Manager or the Information Security team. Completes all required ISR awareness sessions and follows associated guidelines in the day-to-day business operations.
Responsibilities:
MAIN OBJECTIVE OF ROLE:
- To support On Time Performance (OTP) of flydubai aircraft by providing by overseeing and coordinating above and below airside turnaround functions (baggage, cargo, fueling, catering, cleaning, customer service, adhoc changes) raising any concerns and feedback for immediate resolution.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensures optimal passenger and baggage connection and timely delivery of terminating bags by maximizing Ground Service Equipment (GSE) and resources.
- Monitors OTP to coordinates all turnaround activities with the aim to achieve agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Manages critical flights with short connections and quick turnarounds proactively.
- Oversees adherence to safety procedures above and below wing airside and reports ramp hazards and occurrences.
- Monitors GSE and staff resource availability for last minute requests and changes (Aircraft, Passengers, etc.).
- Follows up on delays and passes on supporting and factual information to relevant stakeholders.
- Inspects flydubai property (vehicles, equipment, etc.) against any damage and documents all such incidents for submission to relevant stakeholder.
- Conducts ramp safety checks in line with flydubai procedures to maintain operational standards.
- Represents flydubai in ensuring any airside issue identified are either resolved on spot or raised to escalation.
- Provides exceptional customer service for MAAS (Meet and Assist) ensuring passenger needs are met.
