Description:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2 years of college or equivalent experience
  • 2 years of experience in a professional office environment
  • 2 years of admin support and customer service support
  • 1 year of experience coordinating projects
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Intermediate knowledge with Microsoft Office applications
  • Reliable vehicle for travel, minimum level insurance, and valid CA drivers license in good standing
    Pay:$21.00 - $23.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

  • Program Duties
  • Lead special projects
  • Track project deliverables to ensure on-time completion of tasks
  • Assist in the day-to-day activity and administration of projects
  • Provide customer service and reporting support to projects
  • Coordinate all project activities associated with assigned projects
  • Perform data entry, update and manage program information utilizing databases
  • Perform administrative QA/QC duties per program requirements
  • Administrative and Customer Service Duties
  • Maintain project filing system and retrieve information when necessary
  • Manage multiple Microsoft Outlook email inboxes and voicemailboxes
  • Provide on-going customer support and address escalations
  • Respond to client requests for information and answer administrative questions
  • Provide technical support and onboarding tasks for subcontractors
  • Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and communications for a variety of audiences
  • Develop content for marketing materials, program scripting, job aids, training materials
