Description:

An exciting opportunity exists for a Coordinator Roster Allocations to be responsible for the effective and efficient roster and leave management for Operational Support Services (OSS) staff which ensures teams are rostered appropriately to deliver safe and quality support services at Nambour General Hospital in line with the provisions of Industrial Awards and Health Service requirements.
Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service (SCHHS) is in southeast Queensland and extends through the coastal and hinterland areas from Caloundra in the south to Gympie in the north.

As the Coordinator Roster Allocations, you will also provide an administrative support function to the Senior Coordinator Operational Support Services and contribute to the delivery of induction and training of OSS staff at Nambour General Hospital.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish, review and maintain replacement strategies for short and long-term absences (i.e., sick leave, annual leave, long service leave etc).
  • Develop and review rosters and staffing strategies (including recruitment) to maximise operational efficiencies and meet QH awards and policies.
  • Complete and submit accurate staff movement and leave documentation in a timely manner.
    Remuneration value up to $89,086 p.a., comprising salary between $71,391 - $78,080 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (004).
