Description:
We have a fantastic opportunity to join our Supply Chain team as a Coordinator on a 9-month FTC Basis. Based out of our Basingstoke offices, you’ll combine office and home working to ensure a positive work/life balance.

Responsibilities:
THE ROLE
As a Coordinator you will support the Supply Chain Manager in the delivery of the van stock optimisation and stores project, liaising with SNG’s providers and the operational teams to ensure a smooth delivery.
The role will implement stock management processes by supporting training and developing guidance that will ensure property services and suppliers are clear on their roles and responsibilities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
- Finalise van stock profiles by trade and business group, by working with the operational teams, ensuring stock requirements reflect purchasing behaviours and high-volume purchases
- Responsible for system alignment so that physical stock mirrors system stock
- Catalogue and manage any new products and obtain competitive prices
- Liaise with the fleet team to ensure vehicles on the road remain compliant
- Support the preparation of stock within each operational centre
- Communicate to the supplier the agreed roles and responsibilities, throughout the project and in support thereafter
- Take ownership of outstanding orders from suppliers, managing through until an order is completed in full and collected
- Support the Supply Chain Manager with webinars to launch stock management processes
- Assist and support stock auditing, maintaining the systems and providing guidance on process to operational teams
