QUALIFICATIONS:

• Related experience with an inventory management or accounting
• Experience in Supply Chain, Sourcing, Forecasting and Materials is ideal
• Experience in a Field Services business is ideal
• Experience in a matrix organization is preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills – not afraid to pick up the phone or schedule meetings
• Solid customer service orientation
• Strong Proficiency with Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint

• Assist Maintenance of Rental Inventory Units in Multiple ERP’s
• Monitor 3rd Party Equipment Rentals through vendor portals.
• Set-up alerts for low utilization, upcoming due dates, and other parameters to control equipment usage and reduce past due spend.
• Communicate with vendors regarding use of portals, access, and any issues related to equipment monitoring.
• Work closely with branches to take proactive measures and act on triggered alerts.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain in setting up KPI’s, targets and regular reporting cadence.
