QUALIFICATIONS:
- Related experience with an inventory management or accounting
- Experience in Supply Chain, Sourcing, Forecasting and Materials is ideal
- Experience in a Field Services business is ideal
- Experience in a matrix organization is preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills – not afraid to pick up the phone or schedule meetings
- Solid customer service orientation
- Strong Proficiency with Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint

Responsibilities:
- Assist Maintenance of Rental Inventory Units in Multiple ERP’s
- Monitor 3rd Party Equipment Rentals through vendor portals.
- Set-up alerts for low utilization, upcoming due dates, and other parameters to control equipment usage and reduce past due spend.
- Communicate with vendors regarding use of portals, access, and any issues related to equipment monitoring.
- Work closely with branches to take proactive measures and act on triggered alerts.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain in setting up KPI’s, targets and regular reporting cadence.
