JOB SUMMARY

We are hiring a Marketing Coordinator (3-month maternity leave contract with the possibility of extension) to join our team in Mont Royal! In this role, you will take the lead in creating, managing, and strategizing compelling marketing content that drives our brand presence and promotes our brand and services. We’re looking for someone with a sharp eye for detail, a creative spark, and the ability to juggle multiple projects with independence and flair.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• Must be perfectly bilingual in English and French (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in Hootsuite, Canva, Capcut, PowerPoint, and Microsoft & Google Analytics Suite.
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Demonstrates autonomy and initiative in managing tasks and projects.
• Strong passion for social media, marketing, sales, and content creation.
• Creative, curious, energetic, ambitious, and maintains a positive attitude!

• Content creation for all Fuze HR Solutions Inc. social media accounts (Canada & United States).
• Social media management (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn): engaging with the audience and providing information when required.
• Strategic social media planning, including scheduling posts in advance.
• Staying up to date on digital and marketing trends, particularly concerning social media.
• Creating newsletters, PowerPoint presentations, salary guides, and relevant articles on employment market and industry trends, while supporting other marketing initiatives as needed.
• Collaborating with internal teams to support various projects.
