DESCRIPTION:

Les principales responsabilités du Coordonnateur de l’équipe d’intégration des procédés MEMS sont de gérer une équipe d’environ 10 professionnels d’ingénierie et assistants en intégration de procédés MEMS, qui sont considérés comme les leaders techniques dans les projets d’introduction de nouveaux produits MEMS dans notre fonderie. Le poste nécessite une excellente compréhension du fonctionnement et des performances des différents types de produits MEMS et une compréhension approfondie des procédés de fabrication MEMS. Le Coordonnateur de l’intégration des procédés aura des interactions fréquentes avec les clients de Teledyne MEMS et pourrait devoir mener plusieurs études de faisabilité ou projets spéciaux, y compris des activités de R&D à long terme.

Plus précisément, les responsabilités du Coordonnateur de l’intégration des procédés MEMS seront de:

• Superviser une équipe d’environ dix (10) professionnels d’ingénierie en intégration de procédés et assistants ingénieurs;
• Gérer la charge de travail et les priorités au sein de l’équipe;
• Interagir fréquemment avec les clients de Teledyne MEMS et agir en tant que leader technique;
• S’assurer que les risques techniques dans les projets de développement sont bien répertoriés et bien gérés avec des plans de réaction;
• Agir à titre de conseiller technique auprès de l’équipe de direction sur les études de faisabilité, la feuille de route de développement technologique ou les projets spéciaux de R&D à long terme.

DESCRIPTION

The main responsibility of the MEMS process integration manager is to manage a team of about 10 MEMS process integration engineers and assistants, which are considered as the technical leaders in projects to introduce new MEMS products in our foundry. The position requires an excellent understanding of various types of MEMS products performance and a deep understanding of MEMS manufacturing processes. The process integration manager will have frequent interactions with Teledyne MEMS customers and could have to lead multiple feasibility studies or special projects including long term R&D activities.

More precisely, the responsibilities of the MEMS Process Integration Manager will be to :

• Supervise a team of about 10 process integration engineers and assistant engineers;
• Manage workload and priorities within the team;
• Interact frequently with Teledyne MEMS customers and act as a technical leader;
• Ensure technical risks in development projects are listed and well managed with reaction plans;
• Act as a technical advisor to the management team on feasibility studies, technology development roadmap or special long term R&D projects.

We are looking for candidates with the following attributes:

• Post graduate studies (Master or Ph.D. levels) in sciences, electrical or physical engineering with a specialization in MEMS or semiconductor technologies, or the equivalent ;
• Eight years of experience in the development of MEMS processes, devices or products;
• Excellent leadership and communications skills ;
• Past experience in interacting with international customers ;
• Good knowledge of both French and English languages is a strong advantage.
