PROPOSAL AND PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT - CREATIVE SERVICES, IN A SUPPORTING ROLE:

• Work closely with the JPdL Business Events team, the National Director of Sales and Sales Manager(s) in all offices to assist the Sales Department in achieving its goals and objectives
• Support and develop creative, profitable and cost-effective, compelling and best in class proposals for clients within the required deadlines
• Act as a subject matter expert on destinations and site options
• Maintain and add to database of product (service offerings) information and keep all said product databases up to date with content and current pricing
• Assist in maintaining and growing relationships with key industry partners, including but not limited to: DMOs/CVBs, local hotel sales representatives, Convention Centers, vendors and other industry colleagues in Western Canada (British Columbia and Alberta)
