REQUIREMENTS :

  • Perfectly bilingual (French and English);
  • Experience and comfort with customer service or customer account management; Experience in a manufacturing environment (asset)
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel;
  • Experience with ERP system (asset)
  • Excellent communication skills; Knowledge of managing a customer meeting and documenting;
  • Knowledge in continuous improvement (added value)

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for receiving and tracking orders.
  • Ensure that all relevant information is taken into account in the production planning process and then communicate it to customers;
  • Participate in weekly meetings with assigned customers.
  • Validate order allocation with planning according to customer required dates.
  • Manage production entries in customer systems when required.
  • Make schedule changes to meet customer requests.
  • Communicate these changes with the departments, i.e. Purchasing, QC, R&D, etc.;
  • Coordinate testing and launches of new products with the NPI department;
  • Support & replace the Customer Service Manager during her absence.
  • Generate all reports requested by management and the various departments;
