Job Summary :
Our corporate activities are growing rapidly, and we are currently seeking a full-time, office-based Travel Agent to join our Facilities team in Singapore. This position will work on a team to accomplish tasks and projects that are instrumental to the company’s success. Responsibilities :

  • Managing company travel needs within the constraints of the travel and entertainment policy;
  • Ensuring reporting compliance within Airline Reporting Corporation requirements;
  • Utilizing our airline reservation system and online booking tool to coordinate travel arrangements;
  • Developing effective solutions for employee travel needs and concerns;
  • Supporting Global Meetings & Events and Patient Concierge Travel Coordination;
  • Maintaining compliance with SOPs and policies;
  • Other projects and tasks as assigned.
  • This will be an office based position in our Singapore office.

Qualifications :

  • Diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 years’ experience in an office role required; or recent Travel & Tourism/Hospitality graduate.
  • High level of customer service is required, appropriate phone etiquette, maintaining confidentiality and attention to detail are very important;
  • Good Technical aptitude; including experience with Microsoft Office 365 products, specifically Outlook and Excel
  • Demonstrated ability to be a self-starter, well organized and able to work both independently and in a global team environment;
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly interpret policies and apply learned procedures and principles in the performance of core job duties.
