As a Reservations Employee within Team NASA (Novotel Amsterdam Schiphol Airport), you and your colleagues are committed to providing a unique and positive guest experience every day. At NASA, we’re not into cubicles, rigid standards and manuals. We find it especially important that you are yourself and feel at home, because only then will you serve our guests with genuine enthusiasm.
In your position, you and your colleagues will be the first point of contact for our corporate relations, among other things. You will not only ensure that the reservations are correctly made and invoiced. You go much further than that! You know that only by being on the radar of the (potential) customer, loyalty to our hotel will arise. You don’t sit back once you have taken care of the inbound administrative processes and certainly don’t sit around waiting for the Sales Manager to bring in the business! You are a proactive commercial hunter with ambition to grow. So you will become an expert in networking!
And of course in your role as Reservation Officer you make sure that your colleagues know who our clients are. You make sure that we know what their wishes are, what makes them special. That way we know how we can ensure that their stay is unforgettable and we know for sure that they will talk about it for a long time!
Functie-eisen

Who are you:

• Enthusiastic and service oriented
• You have an MBO / HBO working and thinking level
• A team player with a can-do attitude
• Able to make our guests comfortable in both Dutch and English
• Familiar with the Opera reservation system
• An expert in networking, a so-called social animal with a nose for commerce
• Someone who has a high sense of responsibility and likes fun mixed with a good dose of humor
