Total Reward works collaboratively with Vonage leadership to develop, implement and maintain an industry-leading total rewards package. Our primary goal is to reward employees for driving outstanding business performance. You can join our team as a Senior Compensation Analyst, providing Compensation support for multiple organizations and/or locations.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Support the Senior Manager, Compensation Programs in executing the global compensation strategy that supports the attraction, retention and wellbeing of our diverse workforce
  • As part of the strategy execution, you will focus on alignment with the wider Ericsson compensation programs
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Ericsson teams, to ensure compensation programs and initiatives are fully planned and executed in a timely and accurate fashion
  • Manage and propose relevant initiatives for approval, taking into consideration costs, communications and the people impact
  • Lead on compensation programs including the annual salary review process, short-term incentive administration, long term incentive administration, salary range analysis, proposals and administration, benchmarking, budgeting and regulatory pay reporting amongst other compensation harmonization deliverables
  • Lead on external vendor management, negotiating and managing compensation providers, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality service provision
  • Support the Senior Manager, Compensation Programs in executing a proactive communications program covering all compensation aspects
  • Provide leadership and guidance to wider HR team
