We are seeking a Copywriter to lead our storytelling efforts across marketing channels. Partnering with our design team, the Copywriter will play a critical role in executing our brand story and voice, ensuring it resonates in key content initiatives and marketing campaigns for the Electronics and Controls business. This position is ideal for a strategic thinker who excels in a collaborative environment and is committed to elevating our brand through exceptional copywriting and content strategy.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

  • Associate degree in English, Journalism or related field, plus minimum of 5 years of related marketing writing experience across both digital and traditional channels
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to organize a daily workload and prioritize tasks
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive
  • Experience in project management software (i.e., Monday.com)
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills.

PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

  • Bachelors degree or higher
  • Experience with UX writing and understanding of user journeys, especially in digital contexts.
  • Experience developing scripts, prompts, and narratives that power our AI models, while also reviewing and refining content for clarity, accuracy, and engagement
  • Knowledge of content accessibility standards and inclusive writing practices.
  • Familiarity with AP, Chicago, or another recognized editorial style guide, with experience adapting for brand-specific guidelines.
  • Experience conducting A/B testing and using insights to iterate on content for improved performance.
