We are looking for a fixed-term maternity leave cover Copywriter to join the Royal Copenhagen brand marketing team.
You will be a key part of the global brand marketing team
Fiskars Group is looking for a commercially driven Copywriter for the Royal Copenhagen brand, who will be directly responsible for creating engaging content (copy and graphics) primarily for our digital touchpoints. The purpose of this role is to support our brand’s consumer experience and drive engagement across platforms.
You will be working with the brand marketing team, eCommerce team and marketing activation team, and it is your responsibility to create user-friendly, engaging and timely content that reflects the brand’s tone of voice, drives conversion and follows channel best practices. This position is a fixed-term maternity leave cover from January 2025 to December 2025.
What are we looking for?
Our ideal candidate is a content marketing professional, a digital storyteller with captivating writing skills and great attention to detail. A minimum of 3 years of working experience in a previous role with similar creative responsibilities, especially copywriting and basic graphic design skills, will help you to succeed in this role, as well as a deep knowledge of modern digital marketing tactics.

To succeed, it is essential you have experience of the following:

  • Copywriting and visual content creation for different digital touchpoints (e.g. newsletters, website, paid social media, Google search)
  • Translating creative concepts to engaging experiences on digital (see above) and print (OOH, print ads, POS) touchpoints based on briefs
  • Understanding the UX and SEO opportunities to increase conversion
  • Creating SEO inspirational content with a strong understanding of SEO best practices
  • Translation (English-Danish and vice versa) and proofreading

In addition, this role requires:

  • Excellent writing skills in Danish and English
  • Experience of creating newsletters (ideally in Bloomreach)
  • Solid skills in Adobe CC, especially Photoshop
  • A basic understanding of content performance and analytics (e.g. via Google Analytics)
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in commercial, linguistics, communications, marketing or another relevant field
  • A curious, growth-seeking mindset

We are looking for a true team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills, who knows how to get things done quickly and efficiently. You are not afraid to prioritize your own work and you have strong attention to detail. In everything you do, you focus on the continuous development of the consumer experience. Curiosity and creativity will take you far, but we would also like to see an analytical, data-driven approach to content creation. Fluency in English and Danish is mandatory.
