Description:

We’re looking for a talented and conceptual wordsmith to join our in-house creative team as a Copywriter on a six-month, fixed-term contract at the National Trust. You’ll work closely with our planners, designers and wider marketing team to create work that’s original, clear and compelling. With strategic curiosity, creative flair and pragmatic diligence, you’ll be a writer who’s equally adept at contributing powerful ideas and crafting language that expresses our tone of voice.

At the forefront of that work is our internal creative team, who help shape and deliver brand communications that are meaningful and memorable.
Your contractual location will be our head office in Swindon and there will be an expectation for you to attend the office. However, there is flexibility on where you’re based at other times. You’ll be required to work at a National Trust location for 40-60% of your working week. This will be discussed in more detail at interview.
What you’ll be doing:Reporting to the Copy Lead, you’ll work on a wide variety of jobs within the National Trust, from fundraising projects to brand campaigns, direct mail, experiential activations, e-newsletters, webpages, online ads and much more. There’s a huge variety of briefs and challenges, and no shortage of opportunities to develop yourself and make your mark.
