Responsibilities:

ROLE IN A NUTSHELL:

As a Copywriter at VML, you will be a key member of the creative team, responsible for crafting compelling campaigns for our clients from various industries, including one of the largest streaming platforms. You will delve into the essence of our clients’ brands and tell their stories through captivating copy, adjusting the tone to diverse audiences. Working closely with the Art Director and other creative specialists, you’ll bring innovative projects to life. We are looking for someone with experience in an advertising agency, who can thrive in a dynamic environment and is eager to develop, creating exceptional, market-leading work. Do you have a knack for creating memorable stories and bringing brands to life?

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE INCLUDE:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Copywriter in an advertising agency.
  • Exceptional conceptual skills combined with a deep understanding of the art of writing.
  • Ability to flexibly adapt tone and style across a diverse spectrum of audiences and platforms.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively articulate ideas and seamlessly delegate tasks to our design team.
  • Keen interest in and understanding of digital and social media trends, staying current with industry innovations.
  • A discerning eye for what sets standout creative work apart, with a commitment to excellence.
  • Ability to engage and captivate audiences by effectively demonstrating your ideas and narratives.
  • Excellent Polish language skills, with proficiency in English at least at a B2 level.
