Responsibilities:

JOB PURPOSE:

The Corporate Account Manager oversees the management of business accounts that request for FBO services, including ground handling services. This person is also responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, and handling requests for sales.

CORE DUTIES:

  • Conduct research on customers’ accounts, products and services, business landscape and competitor offerings.
  • Manage customer accounts by developing and maintaining relationships with customers by maintaining regular contact. This includes traveling to assigned region.
  • Achieve the Sales Target set by Line Manager for the respective period/year.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure well integrated sales and customer management efforts.
  • Exploring and overseeing potential implementation opportunities, including FBO and partnerships.
  • Managing customer and supplier relationships throughout Africa, including procurement for resellers and FBOs.
  • Providing Pricing & Procurement Manager with supplier evaluation and procurement assistance.
  • Engage in multiple projects that pertain to your department and designation.

INTERNAL MANAGEMENT DUTIES:

  • Assist in the development of value-added products and services for implementation in the market by collecting feedback on customer needs to boost revenue growth.
  • Update the CRM with information related to customer visits/follow-up/all sales’ activities information.
  • Produce sales forecast and report to management every quarter.
  • Evaluating and training supervisors in Africa
  • Perform other duties assigned by the Line Manager.
