To strengthen our site in Germany, we are looking for a: Corporate Account Manager (m/f/d) HPI Industry.
Duties & Responsibilities:
The Corporate Account Manager will drive technical initiatives and new project development within the HPI & CPI markets while training, mentoring, and guiding extended teams on account-specific goals from sales, technical, financial, and marketing perspectives. It is crucial to ensure that Commercial teams understand key pricing, technical, and relationship issues to engage effectively with customers, enhancing client satisfaction and loyalty by maintaining the Solenis brand across corporate locations and documenting value delivery.
This role involves leading project teams consisting of cross-divisional and cross-functional partners to sell and maintain corporate accounts. The focus will be on establishing Solenis’s credibility and differentiation through innovative solutions, the implementation of Value Advantage, effective contract management, and conducting business reviews. Additionally, the Corporate Account Manager will develop and communicate corporate account plans, providing routine feedback to ensure goals are met while establishing strong relationships from plant personnel to headquarters and clearly identifying key decision-makers and influencers.
To facilitate the sales process, building strong internal relationships within Solenis and ensuring accurate documentation of the commercial team’s efforts in SFDC for existing and new corporate account opportunities is essential.
The Individual:
- Strong academic background with a well-respected technical degree (BS/MS) with >10 years of proven sales / account management experience within the HPI & CPI markets
- Solid business acumen having good financial and P&L understanding.
- Executive presence with excellent communication skills, ability to build relationships, influence horizontally with stakeholders and demonstrate excellent negotiation skills. Ability to communicate effectively with all levels at Solenis and assigned customers.
- Team leadership abilities and coaching skills, being able to inspire the team and transmitting the right levels of energy to achieve the common targets.
- Skilled at leading and unifying broad teams toward collaborative customer efforts.
- Fluent in English essential
- Preferred geographical locations would include Germany, BNLX and UK
- Ability to travel >50% of the time.
