PALFINGER is searching for a Corporate Administrative Assistant to provide administrative and functional support to our Regional Leadership team. We are located in Schaumburg, IL. This position reports to the Chief of Staff.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Associate’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with colleagues and external stakeholders.
- Proficent with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Maintain a professional demeanor, confidentiality, and positive attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Manage site access by being the first point of contact at the headquarters, providing site access and directional support.
- Handle sensitive matters with high confidentiality and discretion.
- Prepare presenations, reports, agendas, and other documents using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Provide ongoing facility support, including managing the Merchandise Shop and Training Center.
- Coordinate meetings and training sessions, including setting agendas, taking notes, and arranging audio/visual and catering setups.
