YOUR PROFILE:

We are looking for a Corporate and Finance Assistant who can work independently and effectively manage their time and priorities. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Ideally a Bachelor or a Master (Business Administration, Accounting, Law, Finance…).
  • A basic understanding of business administration.
  • A first relevant experience (Corporate Secretary, Tax Assistant, Accountant, Finance…).
  • A good knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • An affinity for handling documents and using IT systems and web platforms of various authorities.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
  • A full professional knowledge of English (all company documentation is handled in English). German and French would be great assets.

Responsibilities:

As a Corporate and Finance Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing quarterly board meetings.
  • Writing and maintaining minutes of the board meetings.
  • Managing and maintaining company files for local authorities (such as Company Register, Central Bank and CSSF) as well as updating internal systems.
  • Assisting in drafting documents such as shareholder resolutions and organizing their distribution (dispatch by courier service or post).
  • Entering company payment instructions into internal systems for further processing.
  • Responding to “Know Your Customer” (KYC) requests from banks.
  • Potentially taking on additional responsibilities in Financial Reporting, Tax Reporting, or Treasury based on your skills and motivation.
