Description:

We’re looking for a Corporate Applications Analyst to join us at our Business Centre in Bradford
This a 6 month Fixed Term contract with 2 days a week working from the office.
The person in this position will primarily provide technical and user support on Corporate Systems. The corporate applications estate is large and there will be opportunities to provide support across a wide range of applications. The role will be within a small team who are responsible for the run and maintain (Tier 1 & 2) operation across the application landscape.

What will you be doing?

  • Support the implementation / deployment of new systems / domain for Corporate Applications.
  • Proactively perform review of existing system, collect feedback from users and identify improvements
  • Running small projects for new configurations, enhancements
  • Manage the Corporate Application systems that are currently in scope or come into scope.
  • Ensure appropriate knowledge transfer is conducted within the team to build up knowledge within the Support Team and also to eliminate SPOFs.
  • Ensure we adhere to best practice and high levels of IT standards. Proactively look to prevent repetitive incidents coming in to the queue through user education, documentation (Jive) and shift-left.
  • Support and maintain core systems and processes to meet business requirements.
  • Queue management of Incidents, Requests, NPRs and NKEs.
  • Day to day support to end users of corporate systems in adherence to compliance and user policies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to effectively prioritise tasks in a high-pressure environment.
  • Self-motivated and able to multi-task, balance priorities and work unaided.
  • Great communication skills with the ability to adapt your style and language to suit the audience, whether technical or business.
  • Good understanding of IT principles
  • Familiar with technology incident management.
  • Understands the importance of and able to deliver great customer service.
