Description:

YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

As part of our Zurich-based team in the Operations department, you will be responsible for coordinating key decisions bodies and entities managed by the company including:

  • Document preparation, agenda setting, minutes taking, archiving, planning and organizing committee meetings with key stakeholders in particular with the investments team
  • Tracking and coordinating open items from meeting outcomes and decisions with relevant stakeholders
  • Support in corporate documentation and resolutions in close collaboration with our branch in Luxembourg
  • Ongoing update of transactions and investments’ data analytics and archiving platforms
  • Coordinating Board of Directors mandates of Swiss based entities managed by the company
  • Responsible for Directors’ and officers’ legal insurance setup and monitoring

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Commercial apprenticeship (KV) or equivalent with at least two years of experience in an assistant role or business support function with an investment company or asset manager
  • Operational readiness, resilience and flexibility as a team-player
  • Structured and proactive work approach with the ability to manage, adhere to and supervise respective timelines and deadlines
  • English and German proficiency required with excellent writing and communication skills
