Description:
Our client, a regional law firm is wishing to recruit a 4-6 yr PQE Corporate M&A Associate Lawyer for their Dubai office.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have UAE experience
- Fluent Bilingual Arabic/English - reading, writing and speaking
- Minimum 4 years of experience in M&A, and with a proven track record of successful deal execution.
- Excellent communication skills.
- LLB or LLM from a reputable university
- Qualified bilingual lawyer based in the UAE
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage M&A transactions, including due diligence processes, negotiations and integration.
- Maintain and develop strong client relationships.
- Acting as a trusted advisor on M&A execution.
