We are looking to recruit a 2-5 year pqe Associate for our Bishop’s Stortford office with a strong technical background, good commercial awareness, and wide-ranging transactional experience.
This is an excellent opportunity to join an expanding Corporate and Commercial team which typically deals in high value corporate transactions. You would be joining a friendly, energetic, enthusiastic, supportive, and well-regarded team.
You will be involved in a broad range of work and will need to demonstrate experience in dealing with acquisitions and disposals and other forms of corporate transactions including debt finance, management buy-outs and company re-structuring, be proficient in all Companies Act related matters and have experience in drafting shareholders’ agreements, partnership agreements and other types of commercial agreements.
You must be professional, motivated, and enthusiastic and have excellent communication and IT skills. You will be expected to run your own caseload but also be an interactive team member.
