Description:
A leading global law firm with offices across the United States, Asia, and Europe is seeking a junior to mid-level associate (0-4 PQE) to join their London Corporate Department. The firm is renowned for advising innovative, often disruptive companies and investors across various sectors, including technology, life sciences, M&A, venture capital, capital markets, IP, and complex litigation.
The Corporate Department consists of three core practice areas: Private Companies, M&A, and Capital Markets. The team advises high-growth companies and their investors throughout their lifecycle, including financing, structuring, and exit strategies. They also provide guidance on domestic and cross-border transactions and public offerings.

Key Requirements:
- Experience in M&A transactions and/or venture capital financings, particularly in the technology or life sciences sectors.
- High-quality training at a UK or US law firm, with experience in corporate law and at least one corporate seat.
- Ability to manage complex projects and delegate effectively.
- Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for challenging legal work.
