THE MISSION:

Corporate Brand

  • Implement the global editorial calendar and ensure 360 execution of the corporate brand campaigns in Romania, adapting global campaigns for the Romanian market.
  • Identify and leverage local proof points and success stories to strengthen the global brand narrative within Romania.
  • Define and implement a local digital content strategy for Romania, aligning it with L’Oréal’s global strategy while considering local nuances and cultural relevance.
  • Create and localize content across various formats (text, image, video) to support the brand strategy and engage the target audience.
  • Continuously monitor and track the performance of all content marketing efforts (both organic and paid) using relevant KPIs and optimize content strategy to maximize reach, engagement, and impact.

Employee Engagement

  • Localize and implement L’Oréal’s global employee engagement strategy within the Romanian market, adapting it to the specific needs and cultural context of the local team.
  • Develop and implement innovative employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing work environment.
  • Develop and manage programs that empower employees to become brand ambassadors.
  • Plan and execute impactful employee events; manage internal communication channels to ensure timely and effective dissemination of information to employees.
  • Regularly measure and analyse the effectiveness of employee engagement initiatives using established metrics and tools.

What are we looking for?

  • Strong track record in marketing or corporate communications.
  • Experience working with global brands and adapting international strategies for local markets is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to inspire and engage diverse audiences.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in analyzing data and generating actionable insights to inform strategic decision-making.
