JOB DESCRIPTION

Thermo Fisher Costa Rica seeking a proactive and diligent individual to join our team as a Corporate Cards Program Specialist. REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Certification in Project Management, Agile, and/or Six Sigma (desirable)
  • 5+ years of progressive professional experience in customer service, project/program management or process improvement
  • Exceptional customer satisfaction delivery
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Experience in defining and tracking metrics for program performance enhancement
  • High level of English language competency (verbal and written)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily oversight and management of the program
  • Act as a liaison between cardholders, program administrators, technical teams, and suppliers
  • Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that drive optimization and growth
  • Collaborate with other program managers to determine improvement projects and enhancement strategies
  • Identify, design, and implement novel data-driven business solutions
  • Create proposals, budgets, and manage project execution
  • Collaborate with colleagues from different departments to ensure program operations exceed expectations.
  • Work with category managers and program teams to partner with suppliers for strategic development
  • Identify and monitor key program risks
  • Lead global, cross-functional teams in various initiatives
