JOB DESCRIPTION
Thermo Fisher Costa Rica seeking a proactive and diligent individual to join our team as a Corporate Cards Program Specialist. REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Certification in Project Management, Agile, and/or Six Sigma (desirable)
- 5+ years of progressive professional experience in customer service, project/program management or process improvement
- Exceptional customer satisfaction delivery
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience in defining and tracking metrics for program performance enhancement
- High level of English language competency (verbal and written)

Responsibilities:
- Provide daily oversight and management of the program
- Act as a liaison between cardholders, program administrators, technical teams, and suppliers
- Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that drive optimization and growth
- Collaborate with other program managers to determine improvement projects and enhancement strategies
- Identify, design, and implement novel data-driven business solutions
- Create proposals, budgets, and manage project execution
- Collaborate with colleagues from different departments to ensure program operations exceed expectations.
- Work with category managers and program teams to partner with suppliers for strategic development
- Identify and monitor key program risks
- Lead global, cross-functional teams in various initiatives
