We are looking for a Corporate Communication Manager to join our team in Luxembourg and lead our national and international communication strategy across multiple channels and stakeholders. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective communication plans that align with our business objectives, enhance our brand image, and engage our internal and external stakeholders, reporting directly to the Corporate Affairs Director.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute communication strategies and campaigns that support our corporate vision, mission, values and transformational ambitions
  • Manage our media relations, crisis communication, and issues management, ensuring timely and accurate responses to media inquiries and potential reputational risks
  • Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, business units, regulators, governmental bodies, industry associations, NGOs, and media outlets
  • Support the development of our change program narrative and journey, key messages, benefits and communications blueprint to underpin executive communication activities covering cultural, process, functional and persona-led viewpoints, leveraging Landewyck’s formal & informal communication channels and ability to innovate to generate excitement and engagement
  • Act as a point of contact for our international offices, offering support for their various internal and external communications needs
  • Create and oversee the production of high-quality content for our external and internal websites, social media, newsletters, press releases, internal and external reports, speeches and other communication materials such as company decks, presentations,…
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness and impact of our communication activities and provide insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Curate internal and external events
