Description:

BROAD FUNCTION

The role of the Corporate Communications Executive is to oversee the internal and external communications related to corporate affairs. Support HR Manager and Senior Management in the development of content and execution of internal communication activities.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Tertiary education in Mass Communication, New Media, Public Relations, or related fields with at least 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Passionate about sustainability and environmental initiatives
  • Proficient in WordPress, Canva, and video editing software
  • Strong understanding and active use of social media, including proficiency in Google Analytics and social media analytics
  • Knowledge of HTML and experience with content management systems (CMS) is advantageous
  • Independent and excellent team player with the ability to multitask, meet tight deadlines, and thrive under pressure with a positive attitude

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accuracy and maintain the Company’s corporate identity through copywriting, editing, and reviewing collateral and publicity materials
  • Liaise with Government Agencies like ESG, MOM and others.
  • Support executive communications, including letters, speeches, and presentation slides for C-suite
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to create impactful communications that align with corporate objectives
  • Manage and maintain communication platforms such as townhall meetings, delegation visits, corporate website, and social media
  • Support and handle effective department minute-taking and record keeping
  • Plan, execute, and oversee sustainability initiatives and priorities
  • Devise communication strategy to improve staff engagement and manage internal communication platforms like Facebook and Telegram
  • Produce two to three articles/ content for monthly staff newsletter and website or social media platforms like LinkedIn
  • Support the production of annual report
  • Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time
