Are you an experienced communications professional with a passion for providing excellent customer service?
With the voice of our customers at the heart of all that we do, we’re looking for a customer-obsessed individual to take a lead role in developing and delivering corporate communications for customers.
We’re looking for a corporate communications officer able to develop and deliver communication activities to support business objectives and priorities and to ensure Abri’s customers feel informed and aware of opportunities to get involved. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment, creating effective and engaging content across all channels.
Reporting to the Head of Corporate Communications you’ll ensure effective coordination, planning and delivery of all corporate customer communications to ensure that all content is relevant, engaging, timely and on brand. This role requires someone able to work both strategically as well as taking a hands-on approach.
You must be a motivated, solutions focused individual with a broad skill base experienced in internal, customer, press and stakeholder communications. The ability to build excellent working relationships is essential.

???????We offer hybrid working so, when you’re not working from home, you’ll be able to be based out of either our Eastleigh office (SO50 6AD), Horndean office (PO8 9NN), Bracknell office (RG12 1RF) or our Yeovil office (BA22 8WN).
Abri is a large housing provider who own and manage over 50,000 homes and various community assets, serving 114,000 customers. Silva Homes joined Abri in October 2023 making the group a financially stronger and more resilient organisation. To help deliver our services Abri work with 36 local authorities and 63 different parliamentary constituencies alongside partners in our community.
