CORPORATE COMMUNICATIONS SPECIALIST

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE:

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Communications, media relations or similar.
• Approximately 5 years corporate communications experience and are ready to take on a greater responsibility to plan and execute on a range of assignments, with particular focus on internal communications.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

• You appreciate technology and are familiar with B2B cybersecurity and mobile telecommunications sector or interested to learn.
• You are a doer and get things done.
• Demonstrate skill and confidence in advising managers with communications challenges.
• Familiar with social media platforms and digital communication strategies.
• Exceptional writing, editing and verbal communication skills in both English and Swedish
• You are hands on and enjoy producing creative assets using design and publishing tools, such as Adobe, Canva, Hootsuite, Wordpress, Sharepoint.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As Corporate Communications Specialist you will join a vibrant international team where we all support and help each other in our day-to-day work. You will report to the Chief Marketing Officer and also work closely with the CEO on investor related communications.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan and execute internal communications to support execution of company strategy and business plans, company culture and employee engagement.
• Corporate PR and storytelling, including media releases and media briefs, speeches, events, keynotes, corporate presentations, social media posts, web content, award entries, board presentations etc
• Advise and support leadership with strategic communications, including but not limited to change management, M&A, ESG, risks and crisis communication.
• CEO and executive profiling and coordinate spokesperson training.
• Monitor and engage with corporate media, particularly in Sweden where we are listed.
• Key contributor to investor communications including annual and interim reports, working closely with the CEO and CFO
• Develop and strengthen the brand internally and externally. Manage the brand guidelines and tools including visual identity, tone of voice, employer branding etc.
• Project management for assigned projects, including budgetary planning, management and reporting.
