TRAINING & EDUCATION

• Develop annual compliance training calendar
• Create role-specific compliance training programs
• Conduct new hire compliance orientation
• Provide specialized training for high-risk areas
• Track and document all compliance training completion
• Develop compliance newsletters and updates
• Create awareness campaigns for key compliance issues

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

• Proficiency in healthcare compliance software
• Experience with EHR systems
• Knowledge of healthcare billing systems
• Familiarity with quality reporting systems
• Data analysis and statistical reporting capabilities
• Strong ethical judgement
• Healthcare regulatory interpretation skills

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Required

• Bachelor’s degree; Master’s or JD preferred
• 8+ years in healthcare setting
• 5+ years management experience in healthcare setting
