The Corporate Sales Associate position is an integral part of the corporate accounts team, supporting in-store client experiences and enhancing the services we provide to the businesses. You’ll manage projects like order fulfillment, document preparation, and accounts receivable, while assisting customers through various channels. If you’re detail-oriented multitasker with strong communication skills and a drive for success, this is the role for you!
THE SKILLS:
- Business Administration Certificate and at least one year experience in a sales role or equivalent education/experience.
- Passionate about creating amazing experiences for customers.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- A self-starter who thrives in dynamic environments, embraces change, and enjoys collaborating with others to achieve team goals.
- Highly organized and able to efficiently manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Strong administrative skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Create amazing experiences for internal and external customers.
- Assist with order fulfillment, including activations, invoicing, and shipping.
- Respond to customer requests or inquiries.
- Provide in-person service to walk-in customers.
- Create or assist with the development of reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Send updated pricing guides to customers.
- Manage outstanding accounts receivable and follow up on invoices.
- Conduct regular inventory counts.
- Perform other duties as required to support the team.
