Reporting to the Chief Corporate Development Officer, the Corporate Development Senior Manager will play a key role supporting the strategic roadmap for the Group through oversight of the Value Creation Plans. This is a great opportunity for someone to further develop their commercial skills to support the Group’s ambitious growth plans.
Responsibilities:
- The Corporate Development Senior Manager will play a key role supporting the strategic roadmap for the Group through oversight of the Value Creation Plans.
- This role will be critical in measuring and monitoring the KPIs, key milestones to measure and monitor their successful delivery.
- You will actively drive and support the governance and rigour associated with the Plans, maintaining key oversight on the ROI, helping to test the business cases to ensure they are robust, remain on track and on budget.
- Your role will be key in identifying and mitigating any operational risks that could potentially derail these plans.
- You will work in partnership with other directors and managers in the team to ensure the creation of project plans, modelling, analysis and insight that will support the decision making of the Value Creation Plan Steering Committee, preparing and overseeing the production of supporting papers and presentations.
- As a senior leader at Alter Domus you will actively contribute to the creation of a high performing Corporate Development team, driving collaboration both inside and outside the team as you partner with colleagues across the Group.
- As a senior leader, you will also be responsible for driving change when necessary, delivering communications and directions to the team and supporting the development and engagement of employees at all levels.
- You will drive a culture of compliance and risk control to mitigate financial, operational and reputational risks.
- As a senior leader of Alter Domus, you will maintain a relentless focus on cost and budget discipline, driving a culture of accountability.
- As a senior leader, you will promote and build the Alter Domus brand and culture both internally and externally, acting as a role model to our people, partners, clients and customers.
- You will be accountable for ensuring that the Corporate Development maintains the highest social and environmental responsibility and standards.
