Description:
QUALITY IMPROVEMENT & STAFF EDUCATION:
- Serve as a resource for staff education, protocol development, and performance improvement related to wound care outcomes.
- Collaborate with clinical staff to identify educational needs and develop training programs to enhance wound care competency.
- Lead quality improvement initiatives to drive standardization and measure outcomes.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Experience presenting information to individuals or arranging presentations and educational in-services for PAM Health professional staff.
- Must be familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint to provide presentations on PAM Health services.
- Effective decision-making skills.
- Ability to work in an unstructured setting.
- Self-motivated.
