Description:

QUALITY IMPROVEMENT & STAFF EDUCATION:

  • Serve as a resource for staff education, protocol development, and performance improvement related to wound care outcomes.
  • Collaborate with clinical staff to identify educational needs and develop training programs to enhance wound care competency.
  • Lead quality improvement initiatives to drive standardization and measure outcomes.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Experience presenting information to individuals or arranging presentations and educational in-services for PAM Health professional staff.
  • Must be familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint to provide presentations on PAM Health services.
  • Effective decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work in an unstructured setting.
  • Self-motivated.
