Responsibilities:
A ROLE YOU WILL LOVE

As an expert in customer service with a focus on attention to detail and time management, this role holder will be the guiding hand as we deliver corporate fillings on behalf of our clients.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Research, prepare, and file corporate paperwork for companies nationwide.
- Handling and filing of business formations in line with government regulations, including compliance under the Corporate Transparency Act.
- Interacting with clients to obtain financial and other state required information required to complete state filings.
- Research corporate filing requirements and procedures in various jurisdictions.
- Collaborate with teammates and other specialists on large projects.
Send documents to clients, vendors, and government agencies through custom and unique delivery methods.Auditing and researching for internal inquiries.
WHAT WILL YOU BRING TO THE ROLE?
As you’ve probably gathered by now, we are looking for somebody with a real passion for customer success and will have the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders to achieve client success.
Other key skills required for the role include:
- Completion of High School Diploma or GED required.
- 2 years Office experience required.
- Experience in the registered agent field a plus.
- Positive, enthusiastic person with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - strong spelling and grammar skills a must.
- Proficient with MS Office Suite (Intermediate level Word, Excel, PowerPoint usage)
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
Must be a self-starter and able to work independently with little supervision.Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize, multi-task and meet strict deadlines.
