We are looking for a Corporate Finance Controller to join our team at BESIX RED Belgium
Vacatureomschrijving
- Establishment of reporting, budgets, and forecasts in close collaboration with CFO;Management control for Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Portugal, and France;
- Active member of a team of 2-3 people;Coordination of closing and consolidation processes in close collaboration with the accounting manager;
- Preparation of various financial reports for the board of directors/executive committees.Ensure a high level of accuracy in financial reporting:
- Review of budget controls at least quarterly (based on the status of various projects); o Supervision and validation of quarterly consolidation;
- Kick-off meeting for new projects (defining project code/name, identifying stakeholders, sharing necessary information for all to start the project);
- Implementation of budgetary control for partner projects; o Implementation of budgetary control for new countries.
- Project management checkpoints with the Project Managers:
- Analysis and challenging of feasibility studies provided by project managers, establishment of project cash flows in close collaboration with project managers;
- Review of budgetary controls, analysis, monitoring, and regular meetings with Project Managers;
- Risk and opportunity management on projects.
- Definition of improvement needs for IT tools in relation to internal procedures (Analysis, solutions, and implementation);
- Assistance and support in the process of acquisition, merger, divestiture, and sale of projects/companies
