We are looking for a Manager to join our Corporate Finance team in London to support the delivery of the Group’s capital market activities and strategic initiatives. You will report to the Director of Corporate Finance while collaborating closely with the Group Chief Financial Officer and other team members.
Your Responsibilities:

Your role will include leading the execution of financial forecasts and playing a key part in strategic projects such as capital raising, acquisitions, and strategic financial planning. This role will offer you exposure to senior management and external stakeholders, including shareholders, bondholders, rating agencies and banks.

  • Maintaining a robust financial model to enable sound business planning and decision making.
  • Act as the key support for various strategic projects including M&A, financing activities and any other ad hoc projects.
  • Coordinate and help manage the due diligence process for M&A and financing transactions.
  • Preparation of reports and presentations in connection with ongoing business performance and other strategic projects, for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analysing underlying business trends, and assessing the impact on financial results, including comparison of actual results compared to budget and prior year results, in coordination with finance and accounting teams and controlling team.
  • Closely coordinating across departments and international entities.

Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:

  • Relevan degree educated, with 3-5 years’ experience within a financial institution (e.g. leveraged finance, M&A, project finance or corporate finance; most likely in a bank, advisory boutique or a fund) with full deal cycle experience.
  • Proven experience in financial modelling as well as strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly in Excel and PowerPoint Presentations.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Self-starter that is keen to get involved in teamwork, has strong interpersonal skills, hard-working and flexible.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English. Additional language skills will be an advantage.
  • Familiarity with loan structures and documentation is an advantage.
