Description:
EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of 6 years’ PQE in corporate finance
- Hands-on experience managing corporate transactions in a legal role
- Exposure to public and private company M&A, equity financings and IPOs is highly desirable
SKILLS:
- Strong technical expertise in corporate finance law and transaction management
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse stakeholders
Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and manage a wide variety of corporate transactions
- Collaborate with clients, internal departments and external advisers to ensure seamless service delivery
- Actively contribute to business development and client relationship initiatives while supporting the team’s growth
