This role is being offered remote in the Pacific, Mountain, or Central region (where Transforming Age operates).
Transforming Age is hiring for our next Financial Analyst! This role will assist with all aspects of the annual budget process for the entire Transforming Age enterprise. The Financial Analyst will also analyze financial data and provides insights, recommendations, and forecasts for various business decisions.

Our Financial Analyst

• Assist with all aspects of the annual budget process from start to finish for the organization and any entity under a management contract with Transforming Age, to include training, provisioning of data, analysis, process improvements, and preparation of budget package for the Board.
• Assist with the management of the budget models and/or budget software used in the annual budget process.
• Analyzes and monitors current and past financial trends to assess performance against key industry metrics
• Collect, process, and analyze financial data from various sources, such as financial statements, market reports, industry trends, and economic indicators.
• Prepare and present financial reports, dashboards, charts, and graphs that summarize and communicate the results of the analysis.
• Prepares ad hoc financial analysis as needed
• Prepares FTE reports
• Works closely with operational team members and leadership.
• Attends and/or participates in Transforming Age Accounting Department meetings and other ad hoc teams, as requested.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
